Even in the Deepest Dark, the Light Still Burns!

I didn’t plan to open the door. I didn’t set out to fall.
But sometimes, the shadow doesn’t come with a pitchfork. It comes as a flickering screen and a voice that whispers, "You’re just curious… one more episode won’t hurt."
For three nights, I found myself mesmerized—entranced, really—by a television series drenched in lust, violence, and vulgarity. I told myself it was just entertainment. But I knew better. Something in me began to shift.
My prayers stopped. My peace lifted. And soon, I found myself doing things that left me feeling empty, ashamed, and disconnected from the sacred presence I love more than anything in this world: my Beloved God, the Great I AM.
This is my confession—not to wallow in guilt, but to shine a light for someone else who might be trapped in the same dark hallway. I know how it feels to be under spiritual attack and not even realize it… until it’s almost too late.
But here’s the truth I want you to remember:
The enemy doesn’t win because you fall. He only wins if you stay down.
What brought me back was not my strength—it was grace. It was the whisper of my own soul saying, "Enough. You know the Light. Choose it again."
I threw out the tools of temptation. I prayed, even when I didn’t feel worthy. I reached for someone I trusted—my spiritual twin flame—and together, we called on the Light. And the Light came. It always does.
Let me leave you with a few truths I’ve learned:
Temptation thrives in isolation. Reach out. Don’t battle it alone.
Prayer is not for the perfect—it’s for the returning. Start again.
Even a few days of darkness can create strongholds—but Light shatters them instantly when invited.
God is not angry at you—He’s aching for you.
If you’re feeling lost, entangled, or too ashamed to speak—let my voice speak for you right now: You are not alone, and you are not too far gone.
You are still God’s beloved.
Come home.
